When having the sex talk with your kids, did you mention masterbation? What did you say?

I was taught that it was a shameful act and people should avoid it. As a result, I felt very guilty and sinful after I did it. That is, until, I found it that all boys do it. Then I read a christian child psycholigest, Dr. James Dobson, say it was normal.
